All food events are potlucks, held Saturday night at the pavilion about 6 p.m. unless otherwise stated.  Donations are always welcome.  Looking forward to your visit.

April 17  Spring Cleanup - Remove brush and dead fall trees setting out picnic table - waking the park from winter sleep. Open to general public - NO ADMISSION FEE for helpers.  ALL ARE WELCOME.  Please call for details 715-964-8777 or 608-754-9452.

April 24  Spring Cleanup Rain Date.  Open to the general public - ALL ARE WELCOME.  NO ADMISSION FEE for helpers.

May 1 Planting Trees and Gardens

- ALL OF JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST - Please call 715-964-8777 FOR LODGE RESERVATIONS.

May 29 - May 31  Memorial Day Weekend - Potluck bring a dish to pass.  Donations are welcome.

June 5     Plantation Day - To fill Aurora Gardens with seasonal fruits, vegetables and flowers.  See Sparky for Garden Plot.

July 3   Ribfest - Potluck bring a dish to pass. Donations $10.00 per adult and $5.00 for each child under 12 years old.  Sparky.

September 4 - 7  Labor Day Weekend.

September 4   Shrimp Boil and Seafood BuffetFund raiser Potluck bring a salad or desert - Donations $15.00 per adult and $7.50 per child under 12 years old.  Sparky.

Sept 18   Squirrel Away Weekend  - Putting the Campground to bed for the winter.  Helpers are welcome.  NO ADMISSION FEE for helpers.   

Sept 18  Chili Cook Off - About 3 p.m. bring your favorite chili dish - to be judged by members and visitors.  Sparky.  Scenic Fall Colors.

AFTER SEPTEMBER 18~ OPEN WEEKENDS WHEN THE EAU CLAIRE TEMPERATURE IS 69 DEGREES OR HIGHER. EEKEND SCHEDULE - OPEN FRIDAY - SATURDAY AND on SUNDAY AURORA GARDENS CLOSES AT 5:00 P.M.

Attention:  After October 1, 2009 Aurora Gardens will be open to camping and lodging by reservation only.


Lodge - Motel rooms are available by reservation for 3 or more rooms for 2 or more days.  Advance reservation and deposit required.  Call 715-9648777.
